Payment Methods

We accept payment by cheque, postal money order, Visa and MasterCard. Cheques and money orders should be made payable to ‘Lefty’s Left Handed Products’. Payment for orders may now also be made by direct debit into our bank account. Contact us to obtain the relevant details. Orders will be held until cheques and debits are cleared by our bank. Dishonoured cheques are subject to a $30.00 service charge.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. Freight charges are not included (see below). Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Postage & Handling Charges

All orders require payment of a P&H charge of $7.00 to anywhere in Australia.
Express delivery using Australia Post’s Express Post service can be used for an additional $7.00 to anywhere in Australia (Australia Post terms and locations apply).
Delivery charges on orders to overseas addresses will be quoted separately and on request.
Please add these charges to your calculations.

Delivery

Orders with a total value of less than $50.00 will be delivered using Parcel Post by Australia Post.
Orders over $100.00 in value will be delivered using Registered Parcel Post by Australia Post. This will require a signature from the receiver at the time of delivery.  If you are not home, a card will be left in your letterbox advising you of the nearest post office to collect your delivery.
Orders to overseas addresses will be made using the most cost-effective method possible to ensure it arrives safely, and in a reasonable time period.

Sale of Knives

NSW Law prohibits the sale of knives and blades of any type to children under 16 years of age. Proof of age is required for any such transaction. If you order any knives, we will contact you by phone to verify your details before proceeding with processing your order.

Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately by email, fax or phone advising of the reason and details of your purchase.
We shall then advise you of the correct method of return.
Please include a copy of the original sales receipt and whether you require a replacement or refund.
